Hole in 50?!?



Birthday cake for a golf lover.  Lemon Cream-filled 50th birthday cake with Italian Meringue Buttercream and edible fondant gold accents.

PS. Do you think you could email me the reipe that you used for both: "Lemon Cream filling" and the "Italian Meringue Buttercream". I have a lemon cake due this Saturday. I have been having a lot of trouble finding good frosting recipes these days with the perfect consistancy. What can I say... this sounds just scrumptious!
